What will a flat cost?

Prices start at € 475 per month for a standard room and go up to € 645 per month for a room where you can easily live with 2 people in comfort.

One thing is for sure, it's a price "all in" so you certainly will not be surprised.
The student tax is € 118 per year, but I also have to transfer it to the city of Leuven.

Is there internet?

Internet is provided via Telenet.

Every room has its own wire so you can be sure of the fastest connection

How long does the contract last?

The contracts are for 12 months, they start on 1 September and end on 31 August.

Is the sanitary common?

There are rooms with private toilets and showers, and there are rooms with a communal shower and toilet. In every room there is obviously a sink with hot and cold water. 

Can anyone gets a room? 

Yes, but you must be a student and have a valid registration. 

Can i decorate the room myself?

Of course you can decorate your room to your own wishes, with a few limitations: you can not paint and do not make holes in the walls. Posters, photos, class schedules, ... can be hung up with things that do not damage the walls (such as adhesive tape or adhesive erasers).

Can you smoke in the rooms? 

No smoking is allowed in the room! Are you addicted then you can smoke outside  in the garden.
